Im wachsenden Bereich des nachhaltigen Wohnens ist die Entwicklung von sechs biobasierten Mietwohnungen in De Tuinderij in Zundert ein herausragendes Beispiel f\u00fcr Innovation, Zusammenarbeit und modernes Bauen. Initiiert von der Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Thuisvester und Maas-Jacobs und von Anfang an von BINK unterst\u00fctzt, hinterfragt dieses Projekt traditionelle Bauweisen und verfolgt einen intelligenteren, nachhaltigeren Ansatz.<\/p>\n

Die Wohnungen werden aus biobasierten, vollst\u00e4ndig wiederverwendbaren Materialien gebaut \u2013 das reduziert die Umweltbelastung und gew\u00e4hrleistet gleichzeitig langfristige Rentabilit\u00e4t. Mit Fokus auf Kreislaufwirtschaft und Effizienz geh\u00f6rt das Verlegen von Elektrokabeln der Vergangenheit an. Stattdessen wurde das Plug-and-Play-System zur L\u00f6sung.<\/p>\n

Hier spielten Plug & BIM eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle: Wir waren f\u00fcr die 3D-Planung und das Engineering der gesamten Elektroinstallation verantwortlich und nutzten dabei unser Plug-and-Play-System. Unser Plug-and-Play-Ansatz f\u00fcgte sich nahtlos in die Nachhaltigkeitsziele des Projekts ein und bot erhebliche Vorteile in Bezug auf Zeitersparnis, Installationspr\u00e4zision und zuk\u00fcnftige Flexibilit\u00e4t. Durch den Verzicht auf traditionelle Verkabelungsmethoden trugen wir dazu bei, den Bauprozess zu vereinfachen und zu beschleunigen \u2013 ohne Kompromisse bei Qualit\u00e4t und Sicherheit.<\/p>\n
