Urspr\u00fcnglich beherbergte es 228 Zwei- und Dreizimmerwohnungen f\u00fcr Senioren. Dank einer Zusammenarbeit von SOR, Dura Vermeer Bouw Heyma und EGM Architecten wird das Geb\u00e4ude nun um 44 zus\u00e4tzliche Wohnungen erweitert. Diese neuen Wohneinheiten entstehen mithilfe des vorgefertigten Smartbox-Systems: Der modulare Kern jeder Wohnung \u2013 inklusive Bad, K\u00fcche und Haustechnik \u2013 wird im Werk produziert und auf das bestehende Geb\u00e4ude gehoben. Das zus\u00e4tzliche Geschoss wird in Leichtbauweise (HSB) errichtet, um die Statik zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und die Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen auf der Baustelle zu minimieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unsere Rolle und unser Beitrag<\/strong><br \/>\nAls wir zum Klapwiek-Projekt hinzukamen, war uns bewusst, dass es komplexer als die meisten anderen Projekte sein w\u00fcrde \u2013 doch genau darin lag die Chance, die St\u00e4rken unseres Systems unter Beweis zu stellen. Wir entwarfen die gesamte Elektroinstallation in 3D, ma\u00dfgeschneidert auf die modulare Smartbox-Architektur. Im Laufe des Prozesses gab es unz\u00e4hlige \u00c4nderungen, Anpassungen und R\u00fcckmeldungen vom Bauteam und den Projektbeteiligten. Dank unseres Stecksystems lie\u00dfen sich diese \u00c4nderungen deutlich einfacher umsetzen als mit herk\u00f6mmlicher Verkabelung. Durch die Flexibilit\u00e4t unseres Systems konnten wir uns schnell an Designanpassungen und kurzfristige Aktualisierungen anpassen, ohne Kompromisse bei Sicherheit oder Qualit\u00e4t einzugehen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warum ist dieses Projekt wichtig?<\/strong> Das Klapwiek-Optopping-Projekt ist eine intelligente, zirkul\u00e4re L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr den Wohnraumbedarf Rotterdams: 1. Es wertet bestehende st\u00e4dtische Infrastruktur auf, anstatt komplett neue Geb\u00e4ude zu errichten. 2. Durch die Verwendung vorgefertigter Module werden die Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen vor Ort minimiert und die Bauzeit deutlich verk\u00fcrzt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ergebnis?
