{"id":4015,"date":"2025-05-20T18:46:58","date_gmt":"2025-05-20T18:46:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plugandbim.com\/project\/de-tol-zaltbommel\/"},"modified":"2025-06-11T12:19:01","modified_gmt":"2025-06-11T12:19:01","slug":"de-tol-zaltbommel","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/plugandbim.com\/nl\/project\/de-tol-zaltbommel\/","title":{"rendered":"De Tol Zaltbommel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Om in te spelen op de groeiende vraag naar betaalbare en flexibele woningen, is de gemeente Zaltbommel in samenwerking met Bazalt Wonen en Rabo SmartBuilds het ambitieuze project &#8220;De Tol&#8221; gestart. Deze grootschalige ontwikkeling beoogt duurzame en innovatieve woonoplossingen te bieden voor een breed scala aan doelgroepen \u2013 van sociale huurwoningen tot huurwoningen in het middensegment.<\/p>\n<p>Met in totaal 139 geplande huurwoningen legt het project de nadruk op snelheid, effici\u00ebntie en kwaliteit op lange termijn. De oplevering wordt verwacht in 2026 en de woningen worden ontwikkeld met moderne, schaalbare bouwmethoden om het lokale woningtekort te helpen verlichten.<\/p>\n<p>Bij Plug and BIM waren we er trots op een bijdrage te leveren aan dit project door de volledige elektrische installatie in 3D te ontwerpen en te engineeren voor alle woningtypen. Door gebruik te maken van ons pluggable elektrische systeem, hebben we een zeer effici\u00ebnt installatieproces gegarandeerd \u2013 de tijd op de bouwplaats is verkort en de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen zijn gehandhaafd.
