Service:Turnkey pluggable electrotechnical installation
Located at the beautiful and tranquil Brasa park in Amsterdam H-buurt Zuid, the Brasa Village project consists on five building blocks with a total of 170 flex homes. These buildings blocks were designed to create a harmonious connection between the new homes and the natural environment. The shape of the buildings fits seamlessly into the urban planning picture and emphasizes the qualities of the outdoor spaces. Each building block is characterized by an attractive wide wooden gallery that also serves as an outdoor space for the residents. The facades are made of sustainable bamboo wood and the galleries of azobe wood, in short a perfect symbiosis between architecture and nature. This project fits perfectly with our commitment to innovation and sustainability thus we were proud to participate in another close collaboration with HomesFactory, one of our star clients. The modular construction process minimizes the impact on site and accelerates the construction time while our pluggable system simplifies and facilitates the whole electrical installation process, reducing costs and providing adaptability for future changes and upgrades. Our team worked closely with HomesFactory from beginning to end to guarantee the most efficient and reliable pluggable electrical installation. From the 3D design and engineering of each house module, the connection between modules and common areas, to the complete blocks, Plug and Bim ensured a perfect and harmonious integration of the electrical installation project. We also took care of the products procurement and supply chain along with our partner Eleqtron.
