Sustainable Holiday Homes: De Schouwse Valleien is a modern and eco-conscious holiday park, offering 4-, 6-, and 8-person homes built on spacious plots using sustainable materials. These homes are designed with comfort, energy efficiency, and smart use of space in mind. Constructed with timber frame techniques and equipped with native sedum roofs (on the Grevelingen type), all homes feature flat roofs, avoiding any loss of usable interior space.

Each home is fully gas-free and includes a range of sustainable technologies such as air-to-water heat pumps, solar panels, underfloor heating on the ground floor, and split air conditioning upstairs. The interiors are thoughtfully finished with spacious living areas, luxurious kitchens, and high-end appliances.

Plug and BIM was responsible for the engineering and 3D design of the complete electrical installation across all home types. Our pluggable electrical system was the perfect match for this type of prefabricated and sustainable construction. Thanks to our plug-and-play approach, we ensured a streamlined process with minimal on-site work, while maintaining a high standard of precision, safety, and flexibility. Our system fully supported the integration of renewable technologies, contributing to the overall energy efficiency and future-readiness of these modern vacation homes.
