This project consists on a series of sustainable vacation homes created by our client, Greenwinners—leaders in eco-friendly comfort. These houses are designed with a focus on low energy consumption, minimal maintenance, and high comfort, all while being easy for residents to use. We have contributed to this project by designing and engineering the electrical installation with our advanced pluggable system. Leveraging BIM technology, we ensured the seamless integration of modern amenities, including air conditioning, solar panels, and wireless switches, among others. Though the houses may seem small, the modular design posed unique challenges, such as ensuring precise connections between modules and navigating limitations due to open ceilings and restricted wall use. We got creative—reducing cable needs and implementing an innovative switch box alongside the fuse box to control all switches and sensors effortlessly. This cutting-edge solution, made possible by our pluggable technology, sets a new standard in modular construction.
